Nancy Disbrow
Nancy Disbrow is a dynamic Human Resource executive with over 20 years of experience in the distribution and transportation industries. Accomplished in developing and executing forward-thinking people strategies, she has consistently driven organizational success through her expertise in organizational development, talent recruitment, and culture transformation.
She brings a deep passion for helping bold leaders get the right brains in the right seats—connecting business priorities with talent strategy to drive clarity, performance, and growth. Her focus includes designing strategic HR plans that align people operations with long-term business goals, enabling leadership teams to scale intentionally and sustainably.
Nancy creates high-performance work environments by aligning talent with business objectives and fostering an engaged workforce. As someone diagnosed with Dyslexia and ADHD later in life, she brings a personal understanding of how differently wired brains add value to every organization.
Today, she leverages her experiences to help companies embrace diverse thinking styles through constructive, inclusive, and practical strategies. Nancy also leads Nivalmi’s Human Resource Leadership Council (HLC), a trusted forum for senior HR leaders to exchange ideas, sharpen their leadership, and support each other through real-world challenges.

Sara Valderrama
Sara is a strategic talent acquisition leader with a passion for growth and development through hiring, training and coaching of the right talent. With 14 years experience in high volume, full cycle, and strategic recruiting for sales, operations and corporate positions including forecasting, sourcing, pipeline, interviewing, hiring and onboarding, Sara has a passion for helping place people in the best roles for their skills and personalities.
Sara is TWI (Training Within Industry) Train-the-Trainer Certified, with experience in the banking/finance industry, as well as leadership and professional skills in retail.
She is purposeful about developing people through coaching and mentorship to achieve their highest potential. Sarah is a diversity, equity and inclusion promoter, servant and humble leader with a strong sense of community.
